Change a Million Light Bulbs

Change A Million Light Bulbs (or CAMLB) was created by Linh Do in 2006. A changeover day will be held in late 2009, on an enormous scale.

The principle aim is to convert regular incandescent lights into compact fluorescent ones. In doing so it will benefit the environment in many ways, and it will also reduce your individual carbon emissions.

The environment will benefit as fluorescent lights last up to four times longer than incandescent lights, and they also use less energy.
